Site Management: Overseeing day-to-day operations, including supervising staff and monitoring progress.
Technical Implementation: Setting out sites, ensuring layouts match drawings, and preparing technical reports.
Quality Assurance: Inspecting work to ensure compliance with building regulations, safety standards, and quality specifications.
Material Coordination: Ordering materials and ensuring they are stored and used efficiently.
Problem Solving: Addressing technical issues and unforeseen challenges on-site.
Safety Compliance: Enforcing health and safety regulations, such as ensuring proper use of PPE.
Physical Stamina: Capability to work in office in varying weather conditions.
