Job Title: IBM BPEL / IBM Integration Developer (IID & BAW)
Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced IBM BPEL / IBM Integration Developer with solid expertise in enterprise application integration and SOA-based architectures. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and implementing business process solutions using IBM Integration Designer (IID) and IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW/BPM).
The candidate should also have exposure to enterprise modernization programs, especially involving Event-Driven Architecture (EDA), API-led integration, and middleware transformation initiatives. Experience working with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot is highly preferred.
Required Skills & Experience




Solid experience in IBM BPEL development and SOA-based integration architecture.
Hands-on experience with:
IBM Integration Designer (IID)
IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) / IBM BPM
IBM ACE / IIB
Robust expertise in:
SOAP and REST APIs
XML, XSD, WSDL
Business process orchestration and mediation flows
Experience with enterprise messaging technologies such as:
IBM MQ
Kafka
Exposure to modernization and transformation programs involving:
Legacy modernization
Hybrid integration
Event-Driven Architecture (EDA)
