Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally
Provide accurate and complete information about insurance products and services
Assist with basic lead generation and customer follow-ups
Maintain Customer Records
Promote Customer Retention
Achieve Performance Metrics
Adhere to Compliance and Company Policies
Skills Required:
Positive verbal communication in English, Telugu, and Hindi
Solid interpersonal and convincing skills
Patience and problem-solving ability
Teamwork and time management skills
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
