Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive who can drive membership growth, convert walk-ins into loyal clients, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. If you’re passionate about fitness and sales, this is your stage.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Conversions
Convert walk-in inquiries into memberships
Handle inbound & outbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, social media)
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Promote membership packages, PT sessions, and offers

Customer Relationship Management
Build robust relationships with prospects and members
Conduct gym tours and explain services effectively
Follow up with leads regularly to ensure conversion
Maintain customer database (CRM or Excel)





Business Development
Identify new sales opportunities (corporate tie-ups, referrals)
Execute local marketing activities and campaigns
Assist in promotional events and membership drives

Reporting & Coordination
Maintain daily sales reports
Coordinate with trainers and front desk for seamless onboarding
Provide feedback on customer preferences and trends

Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in sales (fitness industry preferred):
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Passion for fitness and healthy lifestyle
