Analyst, APAC Payroll Operations
Short Description
Join our Global Operations payroll team as a subject matter expert for APAC payroll execution. You will own day-to-day payroll operations, drive process improvements and innovation, and partner with vendors and cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant payroll
Job responsibilities
Deliver accurate and on-time end-to-end payroll processing for the APAC region, partnering closely with regional payroll teams, HR, Finance, and vendors
Own and maintain standard operating procedures,
knowledge repositories, and process documentation
Prepare and manage operational metrics and dashboards for internal teams and external vendors, highlighting performance, risks, and prospects
Identify, prioritize, and implement automation and process improvements; collaborate with technology and vendor partners to design scalable solutions
Lead and support change initiatives; collaborate effectively in a team environment while influencing stakeholders to adopt best practices
Required skills
Bachelor's degree with 6–8 years of operations experience across Payroll/Benefits/Taxation, including hands-on exposure to automation/robotics and business process analysis with a proven record of delivering process improvements and automation projects
Experience with multinational payroll operations and accounting; extensive knowledge of SAP Payroll or other payroll ERPs (e.g., Workday, Oracle HCM); familiarity with project
