Job Responsibilites:
Handle outbound/inbound calls in Spanish language.

Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.

Provide accurate information about products/services.

Maintain call records and follow process guidelines.

Ensure customer satisfaction and proper call resolution.

Eligibility Criteria:
Valuable command over Spanish language (speaking & understanding).

Basic communication skills in English and Hindi.

Willingness to work in night shift.

Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Ability to commit for a minimum 1-year contract.

Preferred Skills:
Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Customer-oriented approach.

Basic computer knowledge.
