Key Responsibilities
Classroom Engagement: Utilize interactive teaching strategies, experiential learning, and activity-based learning to make topics relevant.
Assessment & Evaluation: Create tests, grade assignments, and track student progress on academic performance.
Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined learning setting.
Collaboration: Participate in parent-teacher meetings and collaborate with staff on curriculum planning.
Extracurriculars: Guide students in debates, projects, and field trips.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Studies, History, Geography, or related field.
Certification: B.Ed. is generally required.
