Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Transport Coordinator to oversee and manage day-to-day transportation operations. The role involves coordinating logistics, ensuring timely deliveries, optimizing routes, and maintaining cost efficiency across all transport activities.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate transportation schedules, routes, and vehicle allocation




Monitor and track vehicle movement to ensure timely dispatch and delivery
Coordinate with drivers, transporters, and clients for smooth execution of operations
Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including fuel usage and vehicle maintenance
Ensure compliance with transport regulations and safety standards
Identify and resolve transportation issues such as delays, breakdowns, or driver-related concerns
Optimize logistics costs and suggest process improvements
Prepare and present regular reports on transportation performance to management

Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in transport/logistics coordination
Solid knowledge of route planning, fleet management, and transportation regulations
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and transport/logistics software
