What You Will Do





As a Inside Sales Executive, you will:
Engage with pre-qualified doctors and healthcare professionals through outbound calls to

introduce Docterz’s products and solutions
Clearly explain product value, address queries, and help prospects understand how our

solutions improve clinical and operational outcomes
Identify, qualify, and convert leads through structured conversations and follow-ups
Build and maintain an updated database of prospects, tracking interactions and progress

accurately
Work towards individual and team revenue targets, learning how performance-driven

sales teams operate
Collaborate with seniors and managers to continuously improve pitch quality, objection

handling, and closing skills
