Key Responsibilities
Understand client requirements and provide accurate information regarding the company's services.
Manage and follow up on leads provided by the organization.
Address client queries and concerns in a timely and skilled manner.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure effective handling of client requirements.
Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients.
Monitor client engagement and provide regular status updates and reports.
Ensure a high standard of client satisfaction through effective communication and support.
