Job Summary:
We are looking for a Field Collection Executive responsible for visiting customers to collect outstanding payments and ensuring timely recovery while maintaining good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit customers/clients for payment collection as per assigned cases
Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely recovery
Maintain proper records of collections and visits
Update daily reports to the supervisor/manager
Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th pass/ PUC / Any Graduate
Positive communication and negotiation skills
Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
Basic knowledge of local area
