Scope of Work & Responsibilities: -
Will be responsible to manage the 3D task along with team as per the task aligned.
Understand the entire requirement of the 3D and do the required to ensure deliverables with support of team
Working and Coordinate for all the existing project and upcoming recent launch project
Solution driven management in task is require
d whenever required considering timeline.
Ensure day to day deliverables as per deadline.
Participate to plan 3D Task and to plan and organising the required.
Using your experience and expertise in best effective way to bring right output.
Ensure timeline driven deliveries when tight deadlines
Working on architectural drawing and initiating the Interior detail working as per design and concept
Work with team for creating layouts and elevations and Interior Designing
Ensuring all ideas are represented as accurately and attractively as possible
Referencing and explaining visuals
3D Modelling, lighting (Carona) & rendering as per the ongoing requirements.
Photorealistic lighting and walkthrough requirements
Visualising building concepts in various graphic mediums
Rendering in 3D StudioMax and post-production in Photoshop
Making straightforward but effective presentations/ walk-thru for in-house as required
As required coordination with Dubai Project team & India Project Design team to develop required layouts, elevations etc. in 3D as required
