We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure production targets are met, and maintain quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve daily production targets as per the production plan
Ensure effective utilization of manpower
Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities
Maintain accurate daily production reports (shift-wise data)
Plan and allocate shifts to meet production requirements
Ensure adherence to production schedules
Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with standards
Handle production-related documentation and reporting
Coordinate with team members to improve efficiency
Perform additional tasks assigned by management
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Production Supervisor (required)
Robust leadership and team management skills
Basic knowledge of production processes and reporting
Ability to handle documentation and shift planning
Valuable problem-solving skills
