Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through marketing campaigns
Convert leads into enrollments by explaining our trading courses and value proposition
Conduct consultative sales calls to understand client needs and recommend suitable programs
Maintain accurate records using CRM tools:
Follow up consistently with potential clients to maximize conversions:
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales / telesales / inside sales (financial services experience is a plus)
Robust communication and negotiation skills:
Ability to work in a target-driven environment:
Basic understanding of financial markets / trading (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience using CRM software is an advantage
Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented
Preferred Skills (Valuable to Have)
Knowledge of Forex / Stock Market / Crypto trading:
Experience in education sales or course selling:
Ability to handle international clients
