We are looking for a highly practical and implementation-driven Operational Excellence Leader to drive factory transformation initiatives across manufacturing, warehouse, quality, planning, and support functions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead factory-wide operational excellence initiatives.
Implement and sustain 5S systems across departments.
Drive Lean Manufacturing and waste reduction projects.
Improve material flow, men movement, and operational efficiency.
Develop SOPs, work instructions, and visual systems.
Implement KPI dashboards and daily review systems.
Lead Kaizen and continuous improvement culture.
Support transition and readiness for future GMP newfactory.
Improve productivity, reduce rejection, and optimize changeovers.
