Role Description

This is a full-time in office role for an English Teacher at Springfield School, located in Jaipur. The English Teacher will plan and conduct engaging lessons, assess student progress, and foster a passion for language and literature. The role includes creating educational strategies, maintaining classroom discipline,



and promoting an inclusive learning environment to support students’ academic and personal development.

Qualifications
Expertise in English Teaching and comprehensive knowledge of language instruction
Proficiency in Lesson Planning and developing age-appropriate curriculum
Experience in Education and general Teaching practices
Robust Communication skills to effectively engage with students and parents
Ability to encourage critical thinking and creativity in students
Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field; a teaching certification is preferred
Previous teaching experience, particularly in a structured curriculum system, is an advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
