Job Profile:
We are looking for a qualified Engineer (ITI Foundry Man) on a full time basis role in the Production Department.
Planning daily post casting finishing activity in sync with daily casting production
Supervising post casting operations such as fettling, cutting, grinding, surface finishing and moving to FG stock on a day to day basis
Planning weekly manpower shift allocation
Ensure necessary stock of consumables used in daily production
Carry out regular Preventive Maintenance activities for all post processing equipment.
Ensure machine spare part stock and coordinate with maintenance department to replace faulty parts of machine on breakdown.
Qualification:
Graduation
Diploma/ B.E/ B.Tech in Mechanical /Metallurgy
Needs to have prior experience working in a foundry in melting deprtment
3+ years’ experience in melting/ fettling/ molding department of a foundry is required
