Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Prepare project schedules, work programs, and resource planning for road and highway projects.
Monitor project progress and compare actual performance against planned schedules.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
Develop daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and MIS reports.
Track project milestones, delays, risks, and corrective action plans.
Prepare bar charts, CPM/PERT schedules, and project timelines using planning software.
Assist in budgeting, cost monitoring, and resource allocation.
Analyze project productivity and suggest improvements for efficiency.
Maintain project documentation and progress records.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and contractual timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.




Robust knowledge of road and highway construction processes.
Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Excel.
Excellent analytical, coordination, and reporting skills.
Understanding of project scheduling, resource planning, and cost control.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in NHAI, highway, infrastructure, or road development projects preferred.
Knowledge of EPC/HAM project execution is an advantage.

Experience
6 + years of experience in planning and project scheduling for road or infrastructure projects.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
