Key Responsibilities:
Assist in designing and executing employee engagement activities such as events, contests, wellness initiatives, and recognition programs.
Support onboarding programs to ensure a welcoming experience for recent hires.
Partner with the HR team to gather feedback and suggest ideas to improve employee satisfaction.
Contribute to internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged.
Organize team bonding initiatives, including celebrations, cultural events, and learning sessions.
Track engagement metrics, prepare reports, and share insights on the effectiveness of programs.

Desired Profile:
Currently pursuing studies in HR, Psychology, Business, or related fields.
Robust communication and organizational skills.
Creative mindset with event planning abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with Canva or similar design tools is a plus.
