Key Responsibilities
Perform routine testing of cables, wires, and power cords as per applicable standards.
Conduct electrical tests such as Continuity, Insulation Resistance, High Voltage (HV), Earth Continuity, and Leakage Current testing.
Perform mechanical and physical tests including Tensile Strength, Elongation, Flexibility, and Aging tests.
Maintain test records, reports, and laboratory documentation.
Ensure compliance with BIS, IS, IEC, and customer quality requirements.
Calibrate and maintain laboratory testing instruments and equipment.
Analyze test results and report non-conformities to the Quality team.
Support product validation, current product development, and customer approvals.
Assist during internal, external, and certification audits.
Ensure laboratory safety practices and adherence to testing procedures.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of cable and power cord testing standards and procedures.




Hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical testing equipment.
Understanding of BIS, IS, IEC, RoHS, and quality compliance requirements.
Ability to interpret technical specifications and test reports.
Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation management.

Educational Qualification
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field.
Experience in Cable, Wire, Power Cord, Electrical Components, or Testing Laboratory.
Robust analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Positive knowledge of quality systems and testing methodologies.
Detail-oriented with excellent reporting and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
