The AvaIntern VLSI Internship is a remote internship program aimed at ECE/EEE/EIE students and fresh graduates who want hands-on exposure to semiconductor and chip design.

Internship Description

You will learn and work on:
Digital Electronics Fundamentals
Verilog / SystemVerilog (HDL coding)
RTL Design and Functional Verification
VLSI Design Flow (RTL to GDSII)
FPGA and ASIC Design Concepts
Simulation, Synthesis, and Timing Analysis
Introduction to EDA tools such as Cadence, Synopsys, and Xilinx
Mini-projects and real-world design tasks under mentorship

Responsibilities:
Typical intern responsibilities include:
Assisting in digital design and RTL coding
Performing simulation and verification
Debugging digital circuits
Learning synthesis and timing analysis
Working on FPGA/ASIC-related projects
Preparing technical documentation and reports
Collaborating with mentors on project tasks

Eligibility
B.Tech/B.E. students or fresh graduates in ECE, EEE, E&I;,



or related fields
Basic understanding of digital electronics and logic design
Knowledge of Verilog/VHDL is beneficial but not always mandatory
Interest in VLSI and semiconductor technology
