Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Prepare design concepts and drawings
Coordinate with clients and execution teams
Handle residential interior project planning and execution
Visit project sites when required
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design
Relevant experience in residential interior projects
Valuable communication and coordination skills
For Architects:(for residential interiors only)
Portfolio required from Architects:(Must have portfolio)
1. Design concept and mood boards documents
2. Working drawings for:
False Ceiling
Ceiling Electricals
RCP (reflected Ceiling Plan)
Wall Electricals
Looping
Carpentry woodwork (We don’t do factory modular woodwork so all drawings should be in feet inches and as per on site customization)
Partition/Fabrication
Materials selections documents like upholstery, glass, paint colours/textures, light fixtures etc.
For Interior Designers: (for residential interiors only)
Portfolio required from Interior Designers:
1. Design concept and mood boards documents (if any)
2. Working drawings for: (Must have portfolio)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Madinaguda, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
