coordinate, and oversee daily shop-floor manufacturing operations to ensure production schedules and customer demands are met.Quality & Compliance: Establish and maintain stringent quality management systems (e.g., ISO standards) while ensuring strict adherence to environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations.Financial Oversight: Manage the plant budget, control manufacturing costs, minimize waste, and identify prospects for continuous improvement and process optimization.Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate supervisors and floor staff, fostering a highly motivated, secure, and productive work culture.Maintenance & Supply Chain: Coordinate preventive maintenance to maximize machine uptime and work alongside procurement and logistics to ensure optimal inventory levels.
Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹135,000.00 per month
