About Us:
The Stone Cladding is a growing natural stone cladding company with three stores located in Jalandhar, Patiala, and Mohali. We specialize in premium natural stone products for residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a proactive and confident Telecaller to join our Jalandhar office team.

Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with leads generated through online advertisements and marketing campaigns
Maintain regular communication with prospective customers to understand their requirements
Identify interested customers and create qualified leads for the sales team
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update lead data regularly
Coordinate with sales executives and share lead details for further follow-up




Ensure timely responses to all assigned leads

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience as a Telecaller, customer handling, or in any calling process.
Positive communication skills in Punjabi, Hindi, and basic English.
Confident on phone calls and polite with customers.
Proactive and self-motivated.

Additional Information:
Office-based job in Jalandhar.
Friendly and supportive work setting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
