Job Opening: Construction Engineer

About the Role

Location :Barnala, Punjab

Experience Required :Minimum 10 years of relevant construction experience

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage all in office construction activities.
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Review and verify contractor bills, measurements, and work progress.
Manage procurement planning and monitor material quality and consumption.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and construction best practices.
Identify and resolve technical and operational challenges at the site.
Prepare regular progress reports and updates for management.
Maintain project documentation, records, and site reports.

Desired Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Robust understanding of structural engineering, building construction, and project management.




Experience in educational, institutional, commercial, or large-scale building projects.
Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, and other construction management software.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Robust knowledge of quality control, budgeting, and site execution.

Preferred Experience
Prior experience in school, college, or institutional building projects.
Experience managing projects from foundation to handover.
