We are looking for a part time Risk Controller and Trading Performance Reviewer to support a private trading desk by reviewing risk exposure, trading discipline, drawdowns, strategy-wise performance, and capital allocation. The role is not to generate trade ideas. The role is to ensure that trading remains disciplined, measurable, and risk-controlled.
Key Responsibilities
Risk Limit Review
Review whether the desk is following:
Daily max loss limit
Weekly max loss limit
Risk per trade
Segment-wise risk allocation
Position size limits
Commodity leverage limits
Intraday exposure limits
Overnight exposure limits
Open position risk
Trade Journal Review
Review trade journal for:
Entry reason
Stop loss placement
Target logic
Exit reason
Whether stop loss was followed
Whether trade was planned or impulsive
Whether trade was within risk limit
Whether trade was from approved watchlist
Whether analyst reasoning was valid
Whether mistake was repeated
Performance Analysis
Track:
