Provide direct patient care under the supervision of nurses and physicians.
Assist in daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
Prepare patients for examinations and procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Support patient mobility and assistance with physical therapy when required.
Uphold cleanliness and organization in patient care areas.
Communicate effectively with patients and their families to provide guidance and reassurance.
Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and ethical standards of care
