Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive, highly organized HR and Talent Acquisition Specialist on a 6-month contractual basis to spearhead our end-to-end recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities1. Sourcing & Screening (Hiring)
Talent Requirement Gathering: Coordinate closely with functional heads across departments (Sales, Operations, Programs) to understand active hiring needs and skill requirements.
JD Creation: Design and draft clear, compelling, and accurate Job Descriptions based on the functional requirements of each team.
Recruitment & Onboarding
Offer Letters: Draft and dispatch formal offer letters and employment contracts to selected hires with accurate terms and clauses.
Onboarding Support: Facilitate a structured onboarding experience for recent joiners (interns, full time st
