Job Title: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Reports To: Group Chief Executive Officer

We are looking for a seasoned, data-driven Chief Operating Officer to take full ownership of our end-to-end global operations.

This is not purely a strategy role; it demands deep functional expertise in technology distribution. You will be responsible for harmonizing our global effective operations while ensuring each local country agility. You will lead the critical engine room of the business—Procurement, Logistics, Warehousing, Inventory & Demand Planning, and Vendor Management—ensuring that the right technology reaches the right destination faster and more profitably than our competitors.

Key Responsibilities
Global Operational Strategy & Integration - Design and execute a unified global operating model that standardizes processes, KPIs, and systems across all regions while accommodating local legal and market nuances.




Lead the deployment of a common ERP/WMS infrastructure globally to eliminate silos and provide real-time visibility on inventory and financial performance.
Continuously re-engineer the global supply chain network (hub-and-spoke vs. direct ship) to optimize cost-to-serve and delivery speed.
Supply Chain, Logistics & Inventory Optimization - Own the global P&L; for freight, warehousing, and inventory holding costs.
Transform global demand planning using predictive analytics to balance stock availability against the risk of aging inventory in a rapid-depreciating tech market.
Negotiate strategic global contracts with 3PL partners, freight forwarders, and real estate providers to leverage group-scale efficiencies.
Mitigate supply chain risks by building resilience against geopolitical disruption, component shortages, and freight market volatility.
