Role: Customer Support Associate (Voice Process)
Sector: Banking / BFSI
Shift: Day Shift / Rotational Day Shifts

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers over the phone with banking-related queries (account balance, fund transfers, card services, etc.).
Provide clear and accurate information regarding bank products and services.
Resolve customer complaints and issues with a polite and professional attitude.
Update customer records accurately in the internal database.
Meet daily service quality and productivity targets.
Education: Any Graduate (mandatory).
Language Skills:
Hindi: Fluent (Ability to explain complex terms clearly).
English:



Average/Conversational (Ability to understand and speak basic sentences).
Local Language: Knowledge of the local regional language is a significant advantage.
Skills:
Good listening and communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge (Typing and MS Office).
Patient and customer-centric approach.
