Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously
Schedule appointments and follow up with customers
Generate leads and conduct sales calls, including cold calling
Promote company services and close sales opportunities
Provide excellent customer service with empathy and professionalism
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
Maintain accurate customer records and CRM data
Prepare sales reports and track sales performance
Support administrative and office operations as needed
Assist with marketing initiatives and customer outreach campaigns
Provide basic IT support, including software updates and system backups
Mentor and support current team members when required
Meet individual and team performance targets
Experience
Previous experience as a Sales Representative, Customer Service Representative, or similar role
Experience working with American customers or international clients is preferred
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Solid customer service and relationship-building abilities
Active listening and problem-solving skills
Comfortable using VOIP systems
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
