Monitor and maintain building structures, roads, pavements, drains, and other civil assets.
Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
Inspect buildings regularly and identify repair or renovation requirements.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and maintenance teams for civil works.
Supervise waterproofing, painting, masonry, flooring, plastering, and repair works.
Prepare maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Maintain records of maintenance activities, material consumption, and work reports.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Estimate quantities, prepare BOQs, and monitor project costs.
Address facility-related complaints and provide effective solutions.
Pay: ₹25,772.09 - ₹30,958.22 per month
