Requirement:
We are looking for a freelance accountant who has robust knowledge of Tally Prime and can setup our complete company accounting system in Tally as per our business requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
Complete company setup in Tally Prime
Create and manage:
Ledger Masters
Stock Groups
Stock Items
Godowns
GST Setup
Customer & Vendor Masters
Setup inventory and rental stock management in Tally
Configure voucher types and accounting flow
Enter day-to-day accounting data in Tally
Record:
Purchase Entries
Sales Entries
Payment & Receipt Entries
Journal Entries
Contra Entries
Maintain proper accounting and stock records
Setup reports and MIS as per management requirement
Handle data migration and old entry updates if required
Skills Required:
Robust practical knowledge of Tally Prime
GST and accounting knowledge
Inventory management experience
Valuable Excel knowledge
Ability to independently manage company accounts in Tally
Immediate joining preferred
Freelancer with prior setup experience preferred
Experience in rental/service business accounting will be an added advantage
