About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct interactive classroom activities for preschool children.
Create a protected, nurturing, and stimulating learning workplace.
Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the school's curriculum.
Encourage children's social, emotional, and intellectual growth.
Monitor and assess children's progress and provide regular feedback to parents.
Organize storytelling, rhymes, games, art, and craft activities.
Maintain classroom discipline while ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Support children in developing communication, motor, and interpersonal skills.
Coordinate with parents and school management regarding student development.
Participate in school events, celebrations, and parent-teacher meetings.

Qualifications & ExperienceEducational Qualification
NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) or NPTT (Nursery Primary Teacher Training) certification is mandatory.
Graduation in any discipline will be an added advantage.

Experience
Minimum 6 months of teaching experience in a preschool, play school, or kindergarten setting.
