Position: AI Engineer

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Develop AI agents, chatbots, recommendation engines, and business automation workflows.
Create Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases.
Work with structured and unstructured business data to generate actionable insights.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to identify AI use cases.
Fine-tune prompts and optimize AI model performance.
Participate in testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI solutions.

Required Technical SkillsArtificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
Robust understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI concepts.
Experience working with LLMs such as GPT, Gemini, Claude, or open-source models.
Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and AI Agent development.
Understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture.




Familiarity with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, or FAISS.
