We are looking for an experienced HR Trainer to design, develop, and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct induction and onboarding training for new employees.
Design and deliver HR-related training programs.
Assess training needs and develop learning materials.
Facilitate workshops, seminars, and skill-development sessions.
Track and evaluate training effectiveness.
Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify development opportunities.
Maintain training records and reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
2+ years of experience in training, learning & development, or HR.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
Robust interpersonal and communication abilities.
Knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
Certification in training or HR is an advantage.
