Job Title: Guest Relationship Associate - Everhome Café, Bandra

Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet guests in a warm and friendly manner upon arrival.
Assist customers in choosing menu items, providing detailed information about dishes and specials.
Take and accurately process customer orders through the POS system.
Ensure a clean and inviting dining setting by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Build positive relationships with guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere.




Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure productive and timely service.
Handle reservations and manage the seating arrangement to optimize guest satisfaction.
Upsell cafe offerings and promotions to enhance customer experience.
Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change to customers.

Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. well spoken fluent English, well groomed and presentable
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
