We are looking for responsible supervisors to manage site execution, coordinate teams, monitor work quality, and handle day-to-day site activities professionally.
This is a field-based role.
Qualifications & Preferred BackgroundExperienced Supervisor
Minimum 3 years experience in site supervision, maintenance works, interiors, civil works, painting, waterproofing, or related field
Experience handling workers, vendors, and residential site coordination preferred
Ability to manage site activities responsibly and professionally
Experience in premium residential or maintenance-related projects is an advantage
