Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the service engineering team for solar hybrid inverter projects.
Handle installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of solar hybrid inverters.
Provide technical support to clients, EPC teams, and channel partners.
Ensure timely resolution of service complaints and breakdowns.
Monitor inverter performance and analyze technical issues.
Coordinate with design, sales, and project teams for smooth execution.
Conduct training sessions for service engineers and customers.
Maintain service reports, warranty claims, and AMC records.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality procedures.
Manage spare parts planning and inventory coordination.
Visit project sites for critical issue handling and technical inspections.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
