Marketing Manager - Government Projects & Business Development

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Visit government departments, authorities, PSUs, and agencies for business development and company representation.
Handle vendor registrations, enlistments, approvals, and documentation with government departments.
Attend pre-bid meetings, tender openings, and client discussions on behalf of the company.
Develop and maintain qualified relationships with government officials, consultants, and project authorities.
Identify upcoming tenders, project opportunities, and infrastructure works relevant to the company.
Coordinate with internal teams for tender participation and project follow-ups.
Promote company capabilities, project portfolio, and services to government and institutional clients.
Follow up regularly with departments regarding ongoing tenders, approvals, and business opportunities.
Prepare presentations,



company profiles, capability documents, and marketing materials.
Support management in securing projects and expanding the company’s business network.
Travel to various departments and project locations as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
Preferred Qualification: MBA / Post Graduate in Marketing or related field.
3+ years of experience in marketing, business development, liaisoning, or tender-related activities.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of government tendering processes and departmental functioning preferred.
Ability to confidently interact with officials, consultants, and clients.
Qualified personality with robust presentation and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel frequently for official meetings and marketing activities.
