Design, develop, and facilitate a variety of training programs including onboarding, leadership development, skills enhancement, and specialized workshops to support organizational goals and employee development
Execute a comprehensive onboarding experience for new employees,



ensuring a smooth transition and strong foundation for success; continuously update and improve onboarding processes based on feedback and organizational needs
Conduct thorough needs assessments in collaboration with department leaders to identify skill gaps and training requirements; translate findings into actionable learning strategies
Manage and maintain accurate records of all training activities, participant information, and completion rates; analyze training data and metrics to measure program effectiveness and ROI
Support the development and coaching of departmental trainers, ensuring consistency, compliance, and quality across all training initiatives throughout the organization
Oversee the administration of online learning management systems, including course assignments, progress monitoring, and completion tracking for mandatory and elective programs
Partner with operational leaders to review job task checklists and training tools, ensuring they support effective departmental onboarding and skill developmen
