nRole Overview:
nWe are looking for a high-impact Solution Manager to drive end-to-end solutioning, commercial strategy, and deal shaping across large and mid-sized IT and digital transformation prospects.
nThis role goes beyond traditional pre-sales—combining domain-led solutioning, GenAI/Data-driven innovation, commercial ownership, and consultative client engagement across the full deal lifecycle.
nThe ideal candidate will operate as a trusted advisor to clients and a solution orchestrator internally, enabling differentiated, outcome-led proposals.

nKey Responsibilities:

Integrated Solutioning & Proposal Leadershipn
Own end-to-end solution design across IT services portfolio including Applications, Cloud, Data, AI/GenAI, Digital Engineering, and Managed Servicesn
Lead development of winning proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and solution narrativesn
Design integrated, platform-led and outcome-based solutions,



aligning business value with client prioritiesn
Ensure solutions are aligned with client requirements, business objectives, and LTM capabilities.n
Pre-Sales Support:n
Work closely with Sales to shape deal strategy and win themesn
Support deal strategy, pricing, and value proposition development.n
Own - Bid Management, end to end Proposal lifecycle , Managed services solutions, commercials etc.n

nCommercials & Deal Structuring

Own solution commercials, pricing strategies, and financial modellingn
Drive creative pricing constructs (outcome-based, consumption-based, AI-led productivity pricing, hybrid models)n
Ensure margin optimisation, risk mitigation, and competitive positioningn
Client Engagement & Executive Storytellingn
Own client presentations, workshop and executive discussionsn
Articulate business outcomes, transformation roadmap, and value proposition clea
