Job Description

Reporting to the COO, they will be responsible for:
Developing and executing strategic sourcing and procurement strategies while managing supplier partnerships and negotiations
Leading demand forecasting, S&OP; processes, and supply planning to improve forecast accuracy and inventory productivity
Driving logistics, warehousing, and distribution network optimization to enhance customer service levels and reduce costs.
Establishing performance governance through KPIs, dashboards, automation initiatives, and digital transformation programs.
Partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Finance, IT, and external stakeholders to deliver business objectives.
Building, mentoring,



and developing a high-performing supply chain organization focused on accountability and continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate will have 14+ years of experience in FMCG, Retail or D2C businesses with expertise across
Strategic sourcing, S&OP;, demand and supply planning, and inventory optimization with focus on Contemporary Trade and Quick Commerce channels
Supplier management, logistics transformation, and cost optimization initiatives.
Working capital improvement and operational excellence.
Digitalisation and process transformation across the supply chain ecosystem.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Cold-Chain experience would be an added advantage but not mandatory
