We’re Hiring: Client Relations SpecialistnWe are looking for a Client Relations Specialist who can build solid client relationships, communicate professionally, and ensure a smooth experience from initial inquiry through ongoing service.
nThis role is ideal for someone with experience in client servicing, education counseling, admissions, immigration, legal services, consulting, or other client-facing roles.
Key Responsibilitiesn

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and respond to inquiries professionally.n
Understand client requirements and guide them through the appropriate next steps.n
Manage client onboarding, follow-ups, and ongoing communication.n
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely updates and smooth service delivery.n
Maintain accurate client information, follow-up records, and updates in the CRM.n
Track pending actions and proactively follow up with clients.n
Handle client concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach.n




Assist with documentation and ensure required information is collected accurately.n
Build long-term relationships and maintain a positive client experience.n
