NPosition Overview:
NWe are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Trainee to support the Finance team in managing Accounts Payable (AP), employee reimbursements and TRS process. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace
NKey Responsibilities / Functions:
NAccounts Payable

Understanding of purchase orders and three-way matching N
Process vendor invoicesaccurately and in a timely manner. N
Resolve invoice discrepancies and coordinate with vendors. N
Prepare payment proposals and ensure timely vendor payments. N
Maintain vendor master data and reconciliation. N
Assist in month-end AP closing activities. N

nEmployee Reimbursements

Verify and process employee expense claims as per company policy. N




Ensure proper supporting documentation is attached. N
Coordinate with employees for clarification on discrepancies. N
Maintain reimbursement records and reporting. N

nPreferred Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge)

Degree in Accounting N
Proficient in MicrosoftOffice Suite, including strong Excel skills and comfort with learning current technology N
Any accounting ERP knowledge or Certification in SAP, Oracle and OneStream is a plus N
Understanding of purchase orders and three-way matching N

Processes payments of invoices, purchase orders, and freight bills by reviewing for accuracy to ensure that all payments are correct and reflect appropriate information. N
Maintains files as required to ensure the proper processing of all invoices in a timely manner. N
Scans and registers invoices in the document retrieval system. N
