Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a seasoned skilled to manage and expand our wholesale liabilities portfolio within the Sales department.



This role demands a strategic and client-focused individual who will be responsible for building and maintaining robust relationships with corporate clients, ensuring the growth of deposit products, and contributing to the bank's overall financial objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial services, particularly in wholesale banking, and possess a deep understanding of liability products, risk management, and regulatory compliance. This position requires excellent negotiation skills, market insight, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams to deliver tailored financial solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:-

Develop and execute strategies to acquire and retain wholesale liability clients, ensuring alignment with the bank’s growth objectives.
Build and maintain solid, long-term relationships with corporate clients, understanding their financial needs and providing customized liability solutions
