Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking an experienced and energetic skilled to join our Sales department as a Senior Relationship Officer specializing in Gold Loan products.



This role demands a strategic and customer-centric individual who can drive gold loan portfolio growth by building and maintaining robust relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the financial services industry, particularly secured lending, and will be responsible for managing high-value client accounts, assessing creditworthiness, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This position plays a a critical role in expanding the bank's gold loan business while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
