nAbout the Role
nHakke Industries is expanding its Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) business and is looking for energetic, relationship-driven Business Development Engineers / Executives to develop project prospects across assigned territories.
nThe role is primarily focused on meeting Architects, Structural Consultants, PMCs, EPC Contractors, Civil Contractors, Industrial Consultants, Developers and Industrial Customers, identifying upcoming projects at an early stage and converting them into qualified PEB opportunities.
nThis is a field-intensive business development role. Candidates who already have a robust network among architects, consultants and project stakeholders will be given preference.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with:n

Identify upcoming projects such as:n
Manufacturing plantsn
Industrial shedsn
Warehousesn
Logistics facilitiesn
Factory expansionsn
Commercial / institutional steel buildingsn
Generate current PEB enquiries through regular market visits, networking, consultant meetings and project tracking.n
Meet customers, architects and consultants regularly and present Hakke Industries' PEB capabilities.n
Develop relationships with consultants so that Hakke Industries is considered during the design, specification and tendering stages of projects.n
Track projects from the conceptual stage until RFQ, quotation, negotiation and order closure.n
