About the Role
n
nWe are looking for a Senior Executive – Financial Reporting to support accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting across the organisation. The role will work closely with finance, business, and cross-functional teams to ensure robust reporting, compliance, and financial controls.

nWhat You’ll Do

Prepare and review periodic financial reports, management reports, and key financial schedules with a solid focus on accuracy and timeliness.n
Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations, provisions, accruals, and variance analysis.n
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal financial reporting policies.n
Partner with internal stakeholders to analyse financial data, investigate variances, and provide actionable insights to management.n
Coordinate with auditors and support statutory, internal, and regulatory audits by providing relevant schedules, documentation, and explanations.n
Identify opportunities to strengthen financial reporting processes, controls, and reporting automation.n

nWhat You’ll Need
n
n
n
4–6 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, controllership, accounting, or finance operations. Experience in banking, fintech, NBFC, or financial services is preferred.n
Good knowledge of Ind AS/Indian GAAP and familiarity with applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.n
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.n
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.n
