Job Summary for Growth Officer / Sales Officer
Visit retail shops daily to take orders for company products.
Achieve assigned sales targets for each product and brand.
Support distributors and salesmen in selling company products.
Explain monthly sales schemes and targets to distributors and salesmen.
Ensure regular coverage of all shops in the designated area.
Monitor and review daily and weekly sales performance of the sales team.
Timely submission of distributor bills and claims.
Share daily work reports with the manager.
Build and maintain solid relationships with distributors and shopkeepers.
Attend company trainings and meetings as required.
Location options include multiple cities across Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand (e.g., NOIDA, Meerut, Bareilly, Agra, Dehradun, Haridwar, etc.).
Salary offered: 1.60–1.75 LPA plus incentives.
